Most orders ship 2-5 day USPS first class with delivery confirmation. We try to mail out packages within 24 hours of receiving payment, but please allow an extra day or two for unexpected circumstances. If you are in a rush please upgrade to 2-3 business day Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. If you would like to add insurance to an order please contact us BEFORE purchasing so that we can add insurance for you.

 

RETURNS and EXCHANGES: We do accept returns for a 100% refund on your order, however we do not provide a return shipping label. Please note before purchasing! For exchanges, please contact us ahead of time so we can note your exchange item and varied prices.

International buyers are responsible for all customs/duty fees on their packages. Insurance and tracking are not included with international orders. If you would like insurance or tracking please contact us so we can adjust the price accordingly. We DO NOT replace or refund missing or damaged international packages. If you would like your items protected you MUST purchase insurance and tracking on them before purchasing. Please contact us for specific details if you are interested in having your items insured. This is highly recommended for large orders and for orders shipping anywhere in Europe!
If you you're purchasing as a gift let us know so that we may wrap your item accordingly and leave out the receipt. We can also add a note to go along with your gift if requested.
